A few new customers have had this problem. They connected the Firmware programming cable (see attached pic) from the UCM to Comfort.  This will disable Comfort. The Firmware programming cable should not be connected to Comfort in normal operation. It should only be connected during firmware upgrade operation
The Comfort Installation manual and UCM Manual have now been updated to warn about this
