I have tried all that again. I have removed the IP addresses and it says unknown host and they are not inserted when the file is downloaded. If I put the IP address back in it will set and unset Comfort.I have tried downloading the file from the App and double clicking the file in the file folder and nothing.I have removed the McAfee anti Virus software completely and still the file does not load in the App Attachment: Screenshot_20201114-162338_Comfort Mobile.jpg (Downloaded 12 times)
