To disable keypad announcements on ALL keypads, set Location 54=0.. 

To disable announcements on one keypad only, go to the keypad, sign in with your code to enter the user menu, 
  • press 9 for Program menu,
  • 3 for Security,
  • then 1 for Voice Report.
  • Press 0 to disable announcements ("Voice Reports") and 1 to enable it
  • Press F to exit
