You will have to investigate whaty exactly stopped working Is Comfort still working as normal, are you able to sign in and hear the voice etc Is the UCM still working, are the D9 and D10 comms leds blinking fast? What is the state of the ERR, Busy1, Busy2, RDT leds? Use the Comfort Bus Monitor which can be downloaded from http://www.cytech-technology.com/temp/software/Comfort%20Bus%20Monitor.zip This is a trool for monitoring communications on the Comfort Rs485 bus which can be a great help in identifying certain problems
