I have been using the App on my android phone susessfully for a few years. I just uploaded a revised .cclx file and now there is nothing in the app on the phone.I can log into comfort on the app and set the security on and off, so it is communicating ok, but there is nothing in the Control or the schedule tabs.
Has anyone else experienced this? I have deleted the App and reinstalled it and it is still the same. It almost seems like a problem with the file I am emailing and clicking on the phone. It starts off as a 391kb file but the converted emailed file ends up as only 12kbThanks
