I assume you want to have buttons on Inputs 1 to 4, and pressing the buttons momentarily would toggle the Output 1 to 4
The attached CCLX file has ISM01

Note that ISM01 has open collector outputs which need to be connected to relays to control lights. If you want outputs with Relays use ISM07
