OK perhaps adding all of these items in one list was not good. Remote login ........ the point i am making........What you are saying is correct but you are missing my point...... the dynamic address is stored in the comfigurator file.... Comfigurator displays this remote address across the bottom of the page...... this text string does NOT indicate a connection is present it is only a copy of what is in the file indicating HOW the connection is to be made. And yes it includes the port number. What I am saying is that the only way of telling if a LIVE connection exists it to login. Take the app as an example - when you open the app if there IS a live remote connection then the "login" tab becomes highlighted. That is why my original post states "[highlight= rgb(222, 231, 240); font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 11px;]It would be good to have a better idea of the STATE of the remote connection."
