Alarm to device tab allows you to configure messages to be sent when alarm events occur. It should be easier than Responses, where you have to find the correct event with response. Both methods can be used- How can I set a response to a string received on the Universal UCM?
That is a bit complicated. You have to configure the properties correctly and work out the position of each data field that you want to capture.
