"Zone Trouble" means that you have set the Zone Shunts as Douvkle end of line but you have not wired the 2 end of line resistors properly They should be 2.2K (2.7K is OK) in SERIES, 4.7K in PARALLEL) with the open/close contact Check your circuit cxarefully, you should be able to find the wrong connection
