1. For Partitioned systems, a Partition is allowed to arm if other partitions are in alarm. In previous firmware, if any partition in alarm then the partition could not  be armed.
2. Allow zone trouble for virtual input zone state = 2 or 3
   
3. Fixed BUG from 7.140 Coice phone dial cleared by sms when alarm has voice phone and sms   
   
4. KP06 volume is limited at 40 maximum to prevent damaged to the speaker
