There is no alarm in the event log.
If there is an alarm it must go into the event log unless there was a special type of alarm programmed, which I checked in the cclx file is not the case
There ae 3 KP06A version 7.004 in the system. For this keypad, when an alarm occurs the last zone which triggered it will be displayed on the LCD. The zone will remain displayed even after the alarm is disarmed, until any key is pressed. Hence after the next alarm check the LCD
If there is no zone displayed then it is certain that the siren was not caused by Comfort. It should be due to the siren itself - perhaps the built in tamper on the siren box or the self actuating feature when the power supply to the siren is lost.
Another clue is if entering the code on the keypad does not turn off the siren, it means it is not an alarm in Comfort - it is a problem with the siren itself
