The Nondetector alarms will trigger an Alarm Type

Conceptually, Zones trigger Alarm Types. Nondetector Alarms trigger alarms that are not due to zones eg Power Failiure and battery. If you set the Alarm Type of a nondetector alarm to 0, that means that condition will have NO alarm. eg setting Power Failure Nondetector alarm to alarm type 0 means power failure condition will not cause alarm. Ultimately it is the Alarm Type which determines the behaviour of the alarm eg Dial out, siren, strobe etc

Eg Power Fail Nondetector Slarm triggers Power Failure Alarm Type
It is the Alarm Type where the Dial Delay is enabled or not eg Power Failure Alarm Type is 8

(Note that in Comfigurator 3.12.1 in Simplified Engineer View, the Dial delay is not visible in the alarm type because it is not used often. You have to set View Mode = Advanced Engineer to see the dial delay)

To be honest I do not know if the power failure restore would abort the dial out if a dial delay running, because the feature was originally designed for Intruder alarms.
Perhaps when you enter the code when the power failure occurs that aborts the dial out? Have  you tried that?
