What you have is a 2G model which will not work with Three UCM/GSM4 was based on 2G GSM network, so if there is no (3G) suffix the product supports 2G The 3G version was only released this year in 2017, called UCM/GSM4 (3G), which is sold at a higher price The 2G model was renamed UCM/GSM4(2G) Hence existing stock of UCM/GSM4 would be the 2G model I suggest that you either use a SIM card that supports 2G which includes most networks on the UK, or return the module and pay the difference for the 3G model Our apologies for the confusion
