If emails are not received by any of the 4 users, check the points below;
- Check your Junk Mail. if the Email From field is not known, it may go to Junk or Spam. Use a known email address that you use to send emails in "Email From"field
- Check the SMTP Server, Port, User Name and Password. User name usually needs to be the full email address. Check the instructions for your email server. Note that gmail and Yahoo SMTP servers are not supported
