First, signin on the keypad. Communications Failure and other trouble alarms even when restored will remain on the LCD until someone signs in. WEhen you sign in then if the trouble alarm has been restored the trouble alarm will not be displayed anymore If the communications failurfe still appears that means there is a problemn with the ID each keypad shoyuld have a differnt ID, 1 and 2 To check the keypad ID, press and hold the * key. If you are asked to enter engineer menu, press F0 and entyer engineer code 6789# Then press and hold * key until the ID is shown.
