My alarm is going off and I can't sign in remotely - it says "wrong code"

I can see on CCTV that the cleaners are in the house. I presume they have (as ever) typed in the wrong code six times and the 'sign in tamper' has engaged.

Is there a way to sign in twice remotely? It doesn't seem to be working.

Trying to avoid a trip home.
