A few years has passed since I've posted about that idea and Apple has made a HomeKit. I came back to this idea to control everything over Siri. It seems now it is much easier to do that. Someone has built a nodejs server for HomeKit support that you can run on raspbbery pi: https://github.com/nfarina/homebridge I've just built a plugin for that server to support Comfort. It is possible to get via npm: https://www.npmjs.com/package/homebridge-comfort Currently it supports only turning on/off lightbulbs. Last edited on Saturday Jun 18th, 2016 09:51 am by shazo |
