Please assist. We have experienced on more than one site over the last month that files we work on inexplicably become corrupt when it is closed and then opened again.
We are using the latest version (3.11.2)Upon opening of such a file, we encounter an error message and can not proceed to get it open.The project then has to be uploaded from the panel in order to be re-saved or created from scratch

Please see attached screenshot of error message.We also need Cytech Tech to help to fix the program file that became corrupt, as we lost an entire project on a new installation.How can we proceed to get the project file to Cytech. Require an email address.
This is urgent please.
