Actually the battery check in the menu is totally redundant. .....
As comfort by default checks the battery once a day ( and subsequently reports low battery if it is low) why would any body need to check through the menu. After 10+ hears experience as an installer I have never used thus function In order to get the max life out of a battery simply leave it until comfort auto checks an d reports
In my experience a 7Ah YUASA battery will last a min of 2 years and I've known them to last up to 10 in low power consumption units.
