Its not really clear what you what you want the output to do, if it is a Cytech relay that you are using and want it to be on straight away after a reset (or whatever it is that you want it to do), change the cabling position to NC or NO on the relay for the function! I am only guessing that this is the issue as you have not made it clear what the output is controlling.
