Sounds like there maybe a cable / wiring issue pre-comfort if you are unable to dial out but comfort is

Are your internal phones DECT or wired? If DECT then try a wired one if you have it. Sounds like there maybe a cable / wiring issue pre-comfort if you are unable to dial out but comfort is Vangelis
