Try resetting the Comfort. Sometimes this gets the voice back. In Comfigurator, do Transfer > Reset.

Before doing the vocab upgrade, check if the keypad has voice. enter your code on the keypad. You should hear the voice say Security Off and the user menu. If there is no voice despite signing in with the correct code, then the voice has been lost Try resetting the Comfort. Sometimes this gets the voice back. In Comfigurator, do Transfer > Reset.
