I'm having this issue whereby the client's home which is currently vacant has this issue of Alarm Being Triggered Intermittently.
I have 2 questions here :
1) How do I check the event log on the keypad from Engineer Menu ?2) How do I set/reduce the Zone Sensitivity from Engineer Menu ?
I don't have the UCM with me at the moment. Please advise.
