Do you have any other U4 that can be used to replace the current one onboard?
Alternatively, do you have any other (non-ULtra, e.g. Outside) microcontroller U1 IC? If so, you could swap the microcontroller, which will then give a mismatch between the U1 and U4, then force download the configuration for the def24.cct and then replace back the Action 4.234 U1 later.
