Service and maintenance We have always placed our service department telephone number in all of out Comfort installations. So Comfort will call us in the case of a low battery or coms failure etc etc The e-mail option has enhanced our offering to the customer and now provides us a viable option not only to remote monitor but have permanent connection to comfort to initiate any changes upgrades etc that may be required Thanks A step in the right direction.
