I have had similar problems with one of my KT03's but the issue seemed to have cleared itself and have not experianced many issues for over a year (On the odd occasion I will have to press keys 2 or 3 times). I actuauly shrunk the button sizes with a gaps between them so there was no cross over on the borders......
