Was there any interruption in power? (Cooker clock flashing / reading 12:00etc). Even if there was, and the backup battery is in good standing, the system shoudn't of reset.

As for Comfort disarming after a System Reset if previous state was armed - this shouldn't happen as Comfort remembers it's last mode.

I am sure Cytech will be along to provide further assistance...
