I have a Comfort II system. At 1am this morning whilst in bed I heard the keypad announce "security off" despite the fact that know one had disarmed the system, this was very surprising and I have ever had this happen before. This morning I checked the log and it told me that a "system reset" had been performed, i had nothing to do with this, the system did it itself.
Why did this happen.
If the system had been armed, would this still have happened and if so, would the system have become disarmed? Thanks for your help.
