I forgot to say you need ETH03 Universal 1.15 firmware to support Lightwave for eth03
Download from http://www.cytech.biz/eth03_firmware.html

select UDP



For multiple commands into a single response, the correct format is :

    !FeP”<sequence name>”=<command>,<delay> ,( <command>,<delay>

eg
    001,!FeP"Test"=!R1D1F1,00:00:03,!R1D3F1<cr>
  or
  !FeP"Test"=!R1D1F1,00:00:03,!R1D3F1<cr>
