Take a photo of the UCM/GSM and send to support@cytech.biz
also do a Scan of Modules, save the cclx file and send to the same email

Are you sure you have a UCM/GSM4 with the U2 EEPROM and the correct GSM Module as shown in this post http://www.comfortforums.com/forum48/3647.html Take a photo of the UCM/GSM and send to support@cytech.biz also do a Scan of Modules, save the cclx file and send to the same email
