You should program using  Comfigurator
Download from http://www.cytech.biz/comfigurator.html

Run Comfigurator, New File and select Comfort 1 Entry (or Comfort 1 Pro) depending on what modle of Comfort 1 you have

Create Responses to turn on and turn off the lights

Use Schedule Time Programs to automatically turn on and  off the lights at the selected times This is done by assigning the Time Programs to the Responses which you have programmed to control the lights

Download the manual "Programming with Comfigurator" from http://www.cytech.biz/installation_and_programming.html

The best way to learn to program Comfort is to start using it and read the manuals for information
