I did the upgrade via the USB cable connected directly to the KTO3.

The error message was "firmware upgrade encountered errors"

I think it was 2.008 being upgraded to whatever the most recent one is.

I have an ETH02 - can that be used to do the upgrade?

Problem is - there is no response whatsoever from the KT03 - there's no power lights on - the screen is blank - no response whatsoever!

So not sure how I fix it if there's no response from it whatsoever!
