How did you do the upgrade, via the KT03s USB or via the UCM? What was the error message?

What was the old firmware that was being upgraded?

Can you use the UCM wth programming cable to do the upgrade?

Disconnect the KT03 from the 6 way terminal block after connection to the programing cable, then do the upgrade
