If we have set up remote IP access is it possible for Comfort to send out a regular fault report.

I'm thinking of other equipment that we install such as NAS drives and Service switches etc where by we get a daily (or weekly depending upon how we set it up) basic fault report.

Such a set up would promote the idea of a service contract as we could provide a minimal charge for the basic monitoring.
