When the problem occurs, what are the state of the leds RDY, BUSY1, BUSY2, ERR on the UCM when the Cbus bus is idle ir no buttons or commands being sent Only the Green RDY LED should be on steady. If there is blinking on the other BUSY1, BUSY2, ERR red leds every few seconds it means that the Cbus module is trying to initialise itself. If the ERR red led is on it means that it failed to initialise Have you set the unit address of the UCM/Cbus to an unused address on Cbus? It may be a faulty Cbus interface IC which is failing to communicate with the bus if it is unable to initialise, in which case the only solution is to obtain a replacement, since our warranty is 2 years
