In the default home page there are no visible borders around the buttons but the buttons are actually close to overlapping as you can see from the screenshot. The red line is the border around Control which you can see is very close to the Panic button below
Hence if you touch the bottom of the Control button, it may overlap with the Panic button and may activate Panic Instead
The solution is to show a border or to reduce the size of the button to avoid overlap
