Firmware upgrade versions

Upgraded CCL to Comfigurator 3 per above and now PC_> Comfort through ETH03. So far all is working, including all sensors dependent on the NightTime flag that were not working previously as discussed.

Very straightforward upgrade, in fact I didn\'t need to change anything at all in Comfigurator. Even KT01 is happy
