HELP UCM Universal / RAKO now not working!
#1
Guys I just upgraded firmware from version 6.(something) to latest 7.065  Now it appears that none of my responses are working with RAKO!!
a typical response shown below
RAKO ROOM RAKO 12RAKO CHANNEL RAKO 0RAKO SCENE RAKO 1RAKO ROOM RAKO 13RAKO CHANNEL RAKO 0RAKO SCENE RAKO 1SET LoungLight = 1
Can someone urgently advice me - it is about 30 mins from getting dark and I must have about 50 RAKO responces in the system.

hmmm I notice the sub menu for RAKO is now missing from under the UCM add new action drop down - I am assuming the commands are now no longer built in and I need to add them in the UCM - off to test. This is VERY annoying.
**WIERD** It reappeared.

So it all works if I programme the actual commands I want into the Commands to the device in the UCM Universal menu. PITA but at least I have figured it out - would have been nice to be warned or some sort of migration - still awesome system though! I had my alarm guy salivating over it earlier when he added a bunch of new sensors into a new flat over the garage. Reckon I have 20 plus of hours of work to go though!

SO I think there is a bug that stops some of the original commands working..... the below works - using scene set in the universal rather than the original command....

\"Rako Room Rako 21
Rako Channel Rako 0
Universal SendCommand Rako Scene:1\"

Add the RAKO command Command ;-) to the bud as well!

The Rako commands are still available. In Properties > Universal UCM Properties, select UCM Type = Rako

Then in Response Wizard, you can choose UCM> Rako

Hi :-)

Thanks - yes I noticed it had reappeared.

There is a bug though - the command RAKO SCENE RAKO X does not work now. I had to go through all my code and replace it with code using the Command stored on UCM itself.

This has been identified as a bug in Universal 7.065 see http://www.comfortforums.com/view_topic.php?id=4111&forum_id=94&jump_to=20135#p20135

This will be fixed soon thanks
