KP05 Language problem

Hi i have installed 2 keypads - KP04 and KP05.

KP04 has firmware 1.017 and KP05 has firmware 0,007

Problem is KP05 is showing the text in a different language, i.e. instead of security off it says \'sdctphtx odd\'. I have pressed * and 1 to download the vocabulary from the comfort panel, but it didn\'t change anything. Does it need a firmware upgrade?

Is there a voice menu coming out from the KP05 when you sign-in?

Yeah when I sign in using *code# I get the voice menu in English:- security off, press 1 for messages etc. it\'s just the text displayed isn\'t in English.

We suspect it is not a language problem, but a fault on the LCD
Some characters are not displayed correctly
