What did you do with the virtual outputs, as there is not much use for them?

Comfigurator 3.6 does not support Virtual Outputs anymore although the action code is still supported in firmware
you can use Edit Action Codes to manually add
136, virtual output no, 0 for 0ff, 1 for on
eg 136,10,1 means Virtual Output 16 On
136,2,0 means virtual Output 2 Off
The concept of Virtual Outputs is redundant because the action Send RS232 is able to send any text or numeric string to any UCM
