In other words, do not open the email using webmail application in Safari. That willl not allow you to use the attachment.
Open the email using the Email application built in on the iPod or iPhone

What about an option to only show active zones only?...it makes it much easier to monitor on small screens

Good idea, but I think it would not be appealing when a zone  opens to suddenly appear and push other zones down the list

I wonder would it be possible however to keep the app running in the background but limited to reporting certain events or status ? No option to ent

It is not desirable to have the app running in the background because that would ties up the connection and others who wish to connect would not be able to do so, as the UCM/Ethernet is designed to accept only 1 connection at a time for security reasons

when you activate a response (ie push the blue arrow), there is no confirmation/acknowledgement that the action was entered even within the app. I sometimes press the blue arrow a few times to ensure that I have actually clicked it before returning to view the status. If the app did something like \"ok\" to give confidence that you had pushed the button this woudl add confidence. That and as you mentioned, showing status on the same page as the control

In  version 1.4 of the app tapping on the blue arrow buttons gives a audible feedback so you know that the key is pressed

One other consideration/comment. With the app, in my case for example installed on two iphones, and if and when an android app comes out, it\'s be going on a third, in addition to the cwm, how will the number of connections to comfort at any one time be managed ? FOr example, two apps cannot log in at the same time I beleive ?

The UCM/Ethernet will only accept one connection at a time. in Version 1.4, the connection status is shown in the keypad/login page so you will know whether you can login before you try to do so
