Hi All,
Just using the iPhone app on iPad and wondered how you are getting on with the developments for Android and iPad.
Are you looking to replicate the iPhone app or add additional features?
Cheers

We are now working on Android for tablets. This will be able to run on consumer tablets as well as on customised tablet-type devices by other manufacturers which run Android. These may be wallmount devices or handhelds
Progress has been slow, apparently the development tools for Android are not as refined as for iOS
After that we will develop the android phone app followed by iPad which is last because the iPhone app can be still used with iPad but not optimised for the size
No plans for Windows at the moment in case someone will ask

Hi All,
I have been to the gadget show and grand design over the last couple of weeks and seen some great products. Loads of great looking iOS apps and was wondering where you where with Andriod and iPad apps?
Have you taken a look at the graphical user interfaces of other systems such HAI and control 4. I think they are pushing the bar up a bit and would be keen to see the same functions / feel being introduced to the comfort app. Do you have any plans to change the graphics of your app? l personally like the use of individual icons for things like lamps, garage doors, thermostats etc.
Cheers

The android tablet app is being tested and should be available for testing
The phone app may be a few months away yet

Anyway to display control screen on iPad in landscape mode? I found that only camera screen will rotate automatically but not with other screens. Rather odd to operate on portrait mode.

The current app is actually for iPhone
When we do a specific iPad app later then it would work in landscape
The Android Tablet app that we are testing works in Landscape

Thanks Ident! Just trying my luck :-)
While waiting for iPad app,was hoping yr engineer could
update the iPhone app to enable display of other control
screen in landscape mode too since it's already enabled for
camera screen.

Unfortunately the horizontal viewing on iPhone would not work well due to the small size of the screen
