I've had to reset my comfort system twice in the last week to restore iPhone app connectivity!! Last time I had to do it I did check that it was on the LAN and I could ping it, but the app could not connnect (kept in the "connecting" state!
Using ucm eth to connect and no one else was logged in at the time!
Any advice appreciated

the "Connecting.." message means that the app is trying to connect to the UCM/Ethernet which is busy because it can only accept one connection at a time
If the status does not change to "Connected" do not try to log in as that will time out and cause delay. If you go to another application and return to the Comfort app you may see the message "Disconnected" That is normal and you can log in
If the status remains "Connecting..", perhaps a connection was lost without the app disconnecting
This can be avoided or reduced by setting Connection Timeout to 1 minute in DS Manager, see screenshot
This will disconnect if the connection is idle for 1 minute
We also have an application for the newer ETH02 ethernet module which manages the dropped connections to log out if any connection is lost. This is still being tested
