The new version of Comfigurator 3.3.2 is available for download from http://www.cytech.biz/comfigurator.html
This is not an official release yet as we are still testing certain aspects, but there should not be any major problem

The changes are:

New Features and Improvements
  1. All checkboxes have to be selected by clicking on the box, and not on anywhere in the row containing the checkbox. This prevents unwanted checking of boxes, for example in Options > Settings > UCM Connections - when USB is selected, the "Via KT03" Box was easily checked by mistake as it is below the USB serial number box. This caused the USB connection not to work
  2. New Version of Tools > IR Learner Tool which has a checkbox  when adding a new Code "UCM B1045 and above" Leave this checkbox checked when the UCM PCB datecode is B1045 and above
  3. When LU00 is sent by Comfort, Comfigurator will not disconnect from an Ethernet or USB connection, so when you try to log in again it will  connect  and login correctly and not give  error message "No Response from UCM" because Comfigurator did not re-connect to the UCM
  4. RS report from Comfort  logs out Comfigurator from the UCM
  5. Allow maximum of 96 zones in Ultra for future implementation.
  6. New Zwave configuration default file
  7. Read from Comfort autogenerates Response Descriptions and Names, see http://www.comfortforums.com/forum92/2470.html This was introduced in 3.3.1 but we would like to emphase the usefulness of this feature again
Bugs Fixed
  • Rs232 connection was not be able to connect  if "Via USB"  was checked in USB connection, then changed to RS232 connection
  • Read Zones from Comfort could change the setting of Virtual Inputs incorrectly.
  • If the Sound Type Name was changed, the Siren Type which points to the sound type was not updated
  • CMS Account code did not allow hexadecimal digits B to F
  • CMS Acccount code missed leading zero, eg 0123 is written as 123.
  • Error Message  "Number of modules do not match the number in Modules and settings" when opening a cclx file where UCM ID #1 is not present
  • Fixed exception when scanning UCMs for Bus Upgrade where u? is not supported because of UCM firmware too old.
  • Improved validation of applicable modules for Bus upgrade and Direct connection upgrade
  • new defaults for Comfort I Templates which do not have 8 UCMs in Modules Tab
Known Issues
  • In the KT03 Configurator, when zones were selected, then the zone name or properties are changed in Security > Zones, the KT03 affected zone does not track the changes. eg zone 2 is called zone 2 but if you change zone 2 name to something else, in KT03, the zone 2 name and text is not changed
  • Selecting KNX to Comfort or Zwave to Comfort tabs causes an exception

Nice!

Is this one now safe(r) to use for upgrading firmware over ethernet as recall you advised not to in previous version?

Yes, you can go ahead to upgrade by Bus over the internet. I think that problem was addressed in 3.3.1

I get this when clicking on the zwave counters tab in 3.3.2. Doesnt seem to be fatal though.
