Hi,
Running comfort for some time now, all has been good, but the wife always moans the doorbells when pressed ring the home phone for literally 3-4 seconds and you have to sprint like superman to pick it up before it stops.
is there some way to affect the duration of INTERNAL ring time, i.e its not a dial out.

The Doorbell ring time is fixed at 45 seconds, unless it is stopped by a phone offhook or a stop ringer action (which can be assigned to the Front Door Zone Response)
if your phone only rings once, it may be because your phone ringing causes Comfort to think that it has gone offhook. This may happen with some phones. Perhaps you have too many phones connected. Try to disconnect the phones one by one and see if it still happens
