I have had Comfort I Ultra for a number of years and used to be able to operate microphone audio with the Comfort door station. Now when somebody presses the doorbell the phone rings, the microphone light comes on the keypad but there is no audible communication between the keypad and door station.
I have referred to the doorstation manual and seen the references to locations 118 and 119. I have tried to increase the value in location 118 from 25 to higher values with no effect.
Inter keypad communication works OK using microphone .

:(

If the communications used to work and you have not changed the parameters, then it is unlikely that changing parameters will improve it
It is probably dye to a faiuty doostation microphone or microphone wires to Comfort

You say communications is not audible but can you hear the Keypad on the door station? is is it one way which is the problem, ie door station mic cannot be heard?

Then that is what you need to investigate

The person at the door cannot hear anything. The microphone light comes on and the person speaking at the keypad cannot be heard by the person waiting at the door.

It looks like a fault on the door station or the mic/speaker wiring connecting the door station to Comfort

If nothing can be heard in either direction doesn't that mean we have two issues at stake here rather than just one to do with the microphone on the door station?

It
You mentioned that Keypad to Keypad communications is fine in both direction?
Hence Comfort itself is handling the speaker and mic from the keypads correctly

You say that it was working for a number of years. Hence the problem still lies with the door station or the interconnecting wiring and this is what you should investigate

Try disconnecting the door station from its mounting and directly connect to Comfort with a short wire and see if the audio can be heard
