Thanks for the file and feedback
we have found the cause of the problem, which is a bug from 5.220 or 2 years ago
If you assign an output to the Security > Status > armed or Home leds then this will cause the behaviour of armed/Home leds not showing the correct status
This will be fixed in the next firmware
To work around for the time being, remove the outputs assignment from Security > Status
