I had an incident where a guest decided to wander around the house in the early hours of the morning while the system was in Night mode.
When I got to the keypad, my guest was 'trying' to disarm the system (yeah). I am not sure what de did but I could not disarm the system. I had to disconnect the battery and mains to recover the system.
Any ideas as to why I could not recover the system on the keypad ?
