I am using Comfort Ult, Pc900 firmware version 5.183.
I am connecting Comfort PCb, KP03, DP03 , pir and UCM05.
when i make test on siren i didn't work and i measure the volt on the terminal it 3.7 v and when there is no alarm in idle state it measure the same value,
 i connect a siren 12v as follow + to srn+ and - to srn- .
So please advise me with your comment

Are you measuring the voltage between SRN+ and SRN- ? and not between SRN - to common

If the SRN- is shorted to SRN+ it may damage the siren driver
Try disconnecting the siren wiring from SRN- and SRN+ for a few minutes and try again

If it still does not work send an email to support@cytech.biz

i am already measured the vlot between srn+ and srn- not between srn- and com
when i disconnected the siren driver it measured the same number 3.7 V
note:
when i measured the volt after i reset the system the volt value go up and down between 0 and 12v and after short time it gives the same value 3.7V

This should be a programming problem. Each Alarmn Type as a setting for Siren Type, and each Siren Type has a setting for whether the Bell output is activated or not
