Hello, i've a problem with a brand new keypad KP04.
The green led (security off) has newer worked.
The red ARM led works properly, but when i disarm, the green led stay OFF.
Reset doesn't work. Compete power off and restart, doesn't work.
ALL other 3 keypads works flawlessly.

I suspect a defective LED.
Is there some other things to search for, maybe in the keypad board itself (undocumented jumper, etc..)?
Thanks.

If you reset the keypad or cycle power all leds should momentarily turn on
If the green led does not, then it shows it is faulty

Home led flashing means there is a trouble alarm, most likely to be phone trouble based on your description. Check the phone line and if it is okay, try to sign in on the keypad to clear it.

First, please do not post on more than 1 place. We will answer wherever it is

Which keypad model is this, KP01, KO03, KP04, KP05, KP06, KT03
What is the serial number and where did you buy it from and when?

Please answer in reply to this, and do not post a new message elsewhere
